Hi, I’m Georgia aka geegeecomics! I’m a cartoonist and illustrator working in Toronto, Ontario. In elementary school, I spent silent reading period with an Archie Comic covertly hidden in another book. These days I write and draw autobiographical comics exploring everyday events and larger themes of my life. My comics often discuss mental health, and use humour to cut through life’s challenges.
Lately, I've been tabling at a number of events including: Dartmouth Comic Arts Festival, Issues Magazine Shop's 2024 Zine Shine, Vancouver Comic Arts Festival, Broken Pencil's Spring Canzine Online, and Whitby Comic Arts Festival. I sell mini comics, recipe cards and postcards. Stay tuned for more! (or if you're feeling left out, check out my shop)
Recent works can be found in Pulping Volume 1, Issue 21 of Feels Zine, and issues 4-7 and 9-10 of Still Zine.
You can find daily comics on Instagram @geegeecomics, and my mini comics below.
